KlassyPet is an advanced, innovative litter system design. It requires the careful reading of instructions and correct usage in order to be effective.

KlassyPet will not refund orders based on incorrect usage of the product or a cat not acclimating to a new litter. Most cats will accept a new litter outright, however, some may require a transition period through the mixing of old and new litter.

30 Day Risk Free
First-time customers who order with us online are automatically eligible for our 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your KlassyPet, contact us within 30 days of your original purchase date and we’ll be happy to assist you with a refund. For assistance with refunds or to cancel your subscription, please contact us at meow@KlassyPet.com.

KlassyPet’s 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee is available only for first-time US customers of KlassyPet’s non-clumping litter and is limited to one offer per household.

Damages
Refund & replacement requests will be considered for products that have arrived damaged. You must notify KlassyPet of a damaged product within 7 days of confirmed delivery by emailing meow@KlassyPet.com. (“Damage Request”).

Please submit your Damage Request through the email address used to make your original purchase, and include the corresponding, valid order number. Our support team will assist you with next steps.
